EVALUATION
Evaluation I chose to create a short film for my coursework. I picked to create a drama piece, with an Achronological order. My work was inspired by a variety of short films that I have studied over the past few months. I aimed to create a film that would shock the audience and sadden them. I wanted to face the difficult subject of loss through and emotional film without using gory scenes. I chose to create a film with voiceovers instead of any live diegetic dialogue. I was inspired to do this from watching The Arrival by Daniel Montanarini. In this short film the story unravels via the internal monologue - while the editing, camerawork and performance support it.
